At Morgan Heights Dental Centre, the safety and health of our patients and staff continue to be our number one priority. Please read carefully the following procedures before your next appointment. We have implemented these changes to protect you, our team, and our community. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining these measures and helping us protect you. Thank you!
Morgan Height Dental Centre Check-In Procedure
1- Please wear your own mask to your appointment upon your arrival at the clinic. Due to limited supplies, we will not be able to provide masks. However, we will provide you one if needed.
2- When you enter the clinic, please wash your hands or use the hand sanitizer provided at the reception area.
3- You will be asked to fill out the COVID-19 consent form (here) on an iPad. The iPad is disinfected after each use. Alternatively, you can fill this form on your own smartphone at the clinic or before coming in for your appointment.
4- We check your oxygen level using an oximeter. The device is disinfected after each use.
5- Before going to your designated room, you will be greeted by one of our dental hygienists or dental assistants, and your body temperature will be taken with a contact-free thermometer. Anyone with a fever or COVID-19 symptoms will be rescheduled.
6- You will then be directed to your designated clinic room.
7- Please maintain the 6-feet social distancing guidelines as much as possible.
8- We have implemented additional sterilization procedures between patients’ appointments. We always value your time and do our best to meet you right at your scheduled time. However, please be patient with us as these procedures are added to secure your safety.
